TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing on www.toil.dk you automatically accept the following conditions.

Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the purchase.

The shipping fee will be shown at check-out.  In case the package is not picked up at the delivery point and the package is sent back to us, you will be charged the shipping fee.

Personal pick-up
You are very welcome to pick up your order at toil during our opening hours, which can be found under the "contact" tab. The adress of our shop is:

Payment
At www.toil.dk you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. All prices incl. 25% VAT. 

Return policy
We offer 14 days full return right for the purchase plus shipping (in case the product was sent to you). You will have to notify us at  info@toil.dk that you have regretted the purchase and then send the product back no more than 14 days after the delivery day of the product.

If the right of return is to apply, the handling of the goods must be done so that the goods have not lost value. Therefore the product must be unused, still with the pricemark attached and in the toil textile bag. Furthermore you will have to send a copy of the invoice. The product has to be wrapped as carefully as it was received.

Once we have received the product and approved the return, we will as soon as possible transfer the purchase amount to the same account that purchased the products. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning. The product must be shipped with delivery, as we do not pick up parcels in parcel shop. You are also welcome to return the package in person at our shop:

Complaints
You have the right to complaint about your purchase within 24 months. Complaints do not cover if it has occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear. Upon complaint you must write to us at info@toil.dk with a picture of the product and a copy of your invoice, and send the product to our shop.

GDPR

You are at any point welcome to get information about what data we possess about you. No personal data will be stored in our systems for over four years. No information will be given or sold to any third party.

Reservation
toil makes reservations for sold out items, misprints and misspellings
